Return & Refund Policy

We accepts returns only on defected products (like manufacturing defect or fitting not proper) within 48 hours of delivery. We can’t offer you a exchange or return if 48 hours are passed.

NOTE: The product should be in its original packing, as it was received.

In order to process a Return, Refund, Replacement or Exchange.

FOR RETURNS

We offer easy returns & exchanges on all orders. To return an item, please contact us and we will generate a return authorization for you. Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from our website. The item(s) must be unused and in original packaging.(As it was delivered to you).

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our support via cubiccase24@gmail.com (expected response time 24-48 hours) or Whatsapp us on +91-9625861178 (within 2 working hours)

Once your return is received (Return takes 7 Days approx. to reach us) and we inspect it within 1 working day then we will send you an email or Whatsapp to notify you that we have received your returned item and also notify you after completing the inspection of item.

After completing the inspection of the product we will send the new product within 1 working day

FOR REFUNDS

If you are eligible for refund then after returning the product from your hand we need to receive the product in our Wearhouse (its takes 7 days approx.) After receiving the product we will initiate your refund with in 2 working days and its takes 24 to 48 hours to reflect in your bank account.

FOR EXCHANGES & REPLACEMENT 

If you need to replace or exchange your item with another one. please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. To complete an exchange call us and we will place a new order for the item you would like within 1 working day. After placing the order we will dispatch your item within 2 working days and it will take 3-5 days to deliver to you.   before call to us keep your order number with you and we will create a return for your previous item.

NOTE:-If product is higher price then product amount difference would be applicable and need to pay in advance ( before dispatch the new item you need to pay in advance)

A product will not be return or refund under the following circumstances.

  • Customer is not happy with the looks of a defect free product
  • Physical damage not notified within 48 hours of receiving the product
  • An any damage caused by the user.
  • Purchased from local store or other website.
  • If protective film is remove

(We only replace or exchange items if they you don't like it)

RECEIVED WRONG ITEM - We need the video, so that we can raise a complaint with the courier company , if there has been a theft or damaged during transit.

FITTING: Our cases will fit perfectly only on a naked phone. If there is any Skin or Film attached to the phone the case/cover then it may not be fit perfectly. We (cubiccase.com) request to you please remove the skin or lamination then try it again or any concerns occurred then contact us. 

Tempered Glass Screen Protector :

If you are not confident in your abilities to apply tempered glass screen protectors, please contact nearby professional service.

Our products are factory made molding, they are checked on real devices with precision. We don't sell raw products.

Curved display smartphones requires precision for tempered glass installation.

If you applied the glass dirtily or roughly, if the tempered glass screen protector doesn't stick due to wrong installation, we won't provide you replacement or refund.

If you get tempered glass screen protector thorough promotion like free of cost so return of replacement will not be applicable.

replacement of tempered glass screen protectors will be applied for damaged on arrival only.

This is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at CUBIC CASE. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, . In the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact us. We will really help you to cancel the order. If the order has already shipped, Only we would be able to stop the package.
