The tracking link will be available only when the order is about to dispatch and shipment is created with the courier company.

We have partnered with various shipment providers including but not limited to Bluedart, Delhivery and Ecom Express for local delivery to various pin codes in India.

We deliver to more than 20,000 pin-codes all over India through our courier partners. This covers almost all of the internet-enabled area of the country.

What if the delivery that I received is damaged?
In rare cases of transport damage,
- If you found the carton box damaged/tampered , please make video at delivery (even if its a prepaid order) and notify us on call/
whatapp/chat/email and we will take further action. - For all claims related to receiving a damaged product, we advise you to share video evidence of unboxing and the issue. We will not be able to entertain claims of a damaged product without video proof at the time of unboxing.
- Video Proof Is required of package opening in-case you request for claim that you have not received product in package.
What countries do you ship to?
We currently ship only within India and not to any international location.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?
All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck somewhere, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.
